WHO WE ARE
The Southport Sailing and Power Squadron (dba America’s Boating Club of Southport) is a chapter within District 27 of the United States Power Squadrons® and the America’s Boating Club®. We have over 50 members, with over 300 clubs and over 20,000 members nationwide and over 20,000 members. We are a fun, social and educational boating club whether you have a power boat, fishing boat, sailboat or no boat at all, but just enjoy boating.
Members have access to on- and off-the-water activities, cruises and rendezvous, learning opportunities, boating mentors and hands-on boating courses.
We offer a wide range of boating courses and seminars for all levels, including boat handling, navigation, boating rules and regulations, marine electronics, boat maintenance in the classroom, online, and on the water.
